Wasps repeatedly gathering near a Hempstead doorway can affect tenants, customers, deliveries, or staff. Explain which route is involved and observe from a distance. Don’t disturb a suspected nest to identify the location more precisely.

Access details

Mention whether another entrance is available and whether the area is occupied during the proposed visit. Say who controls access to a yard, roof area, or locked exterior space.

Service details

Ask how identification and assessment will be handled, whether removal is part of the proposal, and what instructions occupants need. Establish the authorized contact before arranging the work.
